By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) , you agree to purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below terms, feel free to contact me.
✔ Will Do: Humanoids, Creatures, Anthro, Prop design, or Backgrounds✘ Will not do: Extreme NSFW, Mechs, hateful art, Anything Offensive or problematic, imitations of other people's art style or art
PAYMENT TYPE: STripe, Paypal , and Venmo
Comms may or may not be recorded, streamed, or posted. Let me know if you're not okay with this.
Lack of refs and original designs will result in extra charge
Must Receive Payment Before Work Begins

I, Secxen (the artist):
- reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork unless agreed otherwise.
- will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
- will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the commissioner) break any of the terms.
- reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as publications.
-reserve the right to charge fees for lack of visual references, creating original designs for the piece, and/or complexity.
You (the customer/ commissioner):
- may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, the artist.
- may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistribution, uploading to POD-services, making prints, NFTs, etc.)
- may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- maybe be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an Adoptable (however please notify me prior to paying)
- retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)
- may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info or refer to the full Terms of Service.
